- NSN 1560-00-185-2077, PR 0014975500; Item: Door, Aircraft Landing Gear, P/N 14-11810-501, Northrop Grumman Systems. (Cage 76823). The only approved source for this item is: Northrop Grumman Systems. (Cage 76823). Any Manufacturer other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package. Visit Http://www.dscr.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc for details on how to submit a SAR package. This procurement will result in a firm fixed price purchase order with 100 % Option. This item is subject to Configuration Control. Production line item delivery is 274 days after award date. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation opening date is 01/14/08, the close date is 02/13/08. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
