- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being posted in accordance with FAC 05-26 as an unrestricted procurement under NAICS 423910. The Missouri National Guard has a requirement for the following Paintball Equipment: PK00007 Real Action Paintball (RAP 4 USA) GI Joe Package with Marker Quantity 250 EA, DL8001 Real Action Paintball (RAP 4 USA).43 cal Paintballs (8000 per box)Quantity 30 BX, P005275 Real Action Paintball (RAP 4 USA).43cal plastic casings(500 per bag)Quantity 20 BG, P005270 Real Action Paintball (RAP 4 USA).43cal allow casings (500 per bag)Quantity 250 BG, HL4003 Real Action Paintball (RAP 4 USA) V-Type Goggles Quantity 250 EA. Quotes will be accepted for Brand Equal products. All brand equal products must meet or exceed RAP 4 standards. Quotes are due by 10:00 AM central time on 01 September 08. Quotes should be FOB Destination Jefferson City, MO and should be submitted to timothy.kohls@us.army.mil. The following provision and clauses are applicable to this solicitation/award: 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration; 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items (vendor must complete print ed copy and submit with quote); 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; 52.222-35 Employment Reports on Secial Disabled Veterans, Veteran's of the Vietnam Era, and other eligable Veterans; 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated By Reference; 252.207-7004 Alt A central Contractor Registration (52.204-7) Alternate A; 52.212-2 Evaluation--Commercial Items (a) The Government shall award a contract to the offeror that can provide a technically acceptable product to include an or equal brand. Vendors offering an alternative must provide product literature. The contractors past performance shall be evaluated for delivery and after sale customer service. The vendor must provide three references, to include name of agency/company, telephone number, and Point of Contact name.
