- The US Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM LCMC) Acquisition Center-Washington intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Campbell Scientific, Inc., 815 W 1800 N, Logan, UT, 84321-1784, firm fixed price purchase order for: One (1) Micrologger (R) (PN: 17852-81); Six (6) Measurement & Control Datalogger (PN: 16130-30); Four (4) RM Young 10-Plate Gill Solar Radiation Shield for HMP45C (PN: 5932); Four (4) Vaisala PTB110 Barometer (500-1100 hPA), 30 inch cable (PN: 20657); Six (6) Kipp & Zonen Net Radiometer Solar & Far Infrared Radiation Balance, 82ft cable (PN: 16109); Two (2) Texas Electronics Rain Gage 0.01 inch (0.254mm) Tip w/6 inch Orifice 32ft cable per sensor (PN: 7085-43); Six (6) Weather-Resistant 16 x 18 inch Enclosure (PN: 15873-42); Six (6) 6ft Tripod w/Grounding Kit (PN: 3555); Twelve (12) Midland SD-225 v2 Radio Programmed for 150.175MHz (PN: 13553); Four (4) RF Modem for use w/Midland Radios (PN: 16480-12); nine (9) NR-LITE or CNR1 Mounting Kit (PN: 14264); Seven (7) Sensor Crossarm w/one CM210 Mounting Kit, 6ft (PN: 17905); Twelve (12) Crossarm-To-Pole Mounting Kit (PN: 17767); Three (3) RF Base Station for use w/Midland Radios (PN: 16479-8); One (1) Met One AC Heated Rain Gage 0.01 inch Tip w/12 inch Orifice 32ft cable per sensor 32ft per power cable (PN: 7803-48); One (1) Leveling Base & Mount for CS700, TB4, or 385 (PN: 20620). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. Nevertheless, all responsible sources that provide supporting data to demonstrate they can successfully provide the required equipment may submit a quote to be considered. It is requested that the items be separately priced in the quotes provided. All responses should be received via e-mail within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this notice. The anticipated award date is fifteen (15) days from the closing date of this notice. The equipment shall be delivered within thirty (30) days from award date. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFAR 252.204-7004. In addition, all offerors must complete the Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3. This can be accomplished through the following website: https://orca.bpn.gov/. A written solicitation will not be issued.
