- This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Circular 2005-26. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: (1) Zund (Swiss) Precision-Cutter, Model L-2500 and trade-in an M-800. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain. Additionally, the FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 pertain as well as DFAR clause 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted via e-mail prior to close of business 30 Aug 2008.
