- The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform janitorial services at Fort Hunter Liggett. Full service cleaning shall be required on approximately 18,000 square feet of office space twice per week. Fifteen other offices shall have their restrooms cleaned once per week. All work shall be done in accordance with the Statement of Work included in the upcoming solicitation. The period of performance will be one base year with four option years. The estimated magnitude of this project (including options) is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS code, FSC code and size standard for this procurement are 561720/S201, $15,000,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19.5, this acquisition is set aside for small businesses. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit quotes. Only one award shall be made.
