- This is a combined synopsis solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The contract type is a Firm Fixed Price. This notice constitutes the only solicitation, identified as HHM-402-08-Q-0153; quotations are being requested. No other solicitation will be issued. The North American Industry Classification Code is 424920, size standard 100 employees. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The purpose of the subscription contract is to obtain books on the attached title list. QUESTIONS: All questions must be submitted IN WRITING to kevin.hill@dia.mil, no later than 2:00pm, Eastern Time, Wednesday, 27 August 2008. PHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) prior to the award of contract. You may register by going to www.ccr.gov. You will need your Dunn and Bradstreet number and banking information. The Contractor shall be responsible for knowledge of and compliance with all applicable federal information technology and information management laws, regulations, policies and standards. At the government-wide level, these include Office of Management and Budget (OMB), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and General Accounting Office (GAO). PROPOSALS ARE DUE: All proposals must be submitted electronically to kevin.hill@dia.mil no later than 2:00pm, Eastern Time, Monday, 1 September 2008.
