- Solicitation N00421-1300110886 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order for the part numbers listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are **CLIN 0001 Quantity 1 ea, for a high capacity lift table. Will be used in a pit. Removable when required. Base size 7’9”X16”, low height 2’, travel height 8’. Controls on 20’ cable-measured base to hand control. Height adjustment in increments of 1 inc. lift capacity 4,000 lbs., collapsed shock lad capacity 20,000 lbs; platform covered with 3’ high density foam. Power 3 phase 480 60 Hz paint. High density foam will be placed on a platform of a fully collapsed lift table to absorb the shock of dropping up to a 200 lb invert weapon onto the platform. The lift table will then be used to raise the weapon to the aircraft weapon rail for reattachment. Award is expected 18 Sep 2008. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 03 Sep 2008 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
