Description: The 301st Operational Contracting at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas, intends to award a Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial off the shelf item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The purchase Request number is F5A2MX8165A001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-16 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20070212. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332999 with a size standard of 500 employees. REQUIREMENT: Telephone Intercom System (See Parts List) V1030C Speaker 1 Way (1 ea) V1020C Speaker 1 Way Ceiling (6 ea) V2003A Interface 3 Zone (1 ea) V9916 Bridge Backbox (6 ea) V1032. Control Volume Wall (1 ea) V9940 Adapter Station (1 ea) Installation should be included. Delivery and installation is to occur during working hours, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, installation, and transportation, necessary to complete this award. Vendor will at all times keep the work area, including storage areas, free from accumulations of waste materials. Before completing the work, the Contractor shall remove from the work area and premises any rubbish, tools, equipment, and materials that are not the property of the Government. OTHER: AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS: This project is currently not funded. An award will only be made pending availability of end of year funding.
