- This announcement constitutes an official presolicitation notice. The intent is to notify potential contractors of the upcoming Military Family Housing Maintenance and Management service acquisition. This acquisition is a competitive 8(a) set-aside. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561210 with a size standard of $32.5 million. The Government is soliciting for the award of a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision and work necessary for the management and maintenance of 831 family housing units and associated garages, 26 playgrounds and equipment, 18 bus stops, a housing management office and a furnishing management office warehouse at F.E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne, WY. This acquisition will be a firm fixed price with one base year and three six month option year for a total period of 2 years and six months. The evaluation technique to be utilized for the contemplated award of the issued solicitation is Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated. The Government anticipates the issuance of the Request for Proposal in September 2008. The target award date is November 2008. Interested parties should register online and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the website at http://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications at the online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at https://orca.bpn.gov. There will not be paper copies of this solicitation available. The RFP will be released using the Electronic Posting System (EPS) available at http://www.fbo.gov. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
