- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award on sole source order to Ohio Transmission & Pump, 1900 Jetway Blvd, Columbus, Ohio to provide replacement Marine Propulsion System Transmission parts for the Marine Vessel Hayward. Ohio Transmission and Pump is the designated parts representative for the original proprietary or legacy manufacturer under FAR 6.302(c)1. Only one responsible source and no alternate supplies will satisfy agency requirements. No RFQ will be issued based on this notice. However, all information received within five (5) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. All contractors are required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Register before award as required by DFARS 204-7300. The NAICS code is 423830 with a Size Standard of 100 employees.
