Description

This is a presolicitation notice for the manufacture of USAF Academy cadet shoulder board (2,119) and shoulder mark (2,244) rank. The shoulder boards and shoulder marks must be manufactured in accordance with the attached USAF Academy and military specifications. In addition, this procurement must comply with the Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program. The deliver date for these items is 90 days after first article test and acceptance. Request for quotation (RFQ) FA7000-08-T-0140 will be available on or about 4 September 2008. The RFQ closing will be on or about 11 September 2008. The RFQ will be made available electronically on FedBizOpps. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 314999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This is a 100% total small business set-aside.
