- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91243-08-T-0038 and is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect with Federal Acquisition Circular 05-26. The NAICS code is 423710. Item #1 Magnets RB80, 3.190 Dia, Hole 1.200, Thk.0440, hole.280. Pounds pull would be 95 lbs. Heavy Duty Round Base. If these come with plastic covers/cups please provide pricing for those also. Please be sure to include shipping costs with your pricing. Delivery to USPFO-NE Supply Center, 2950 North Park Road, Lincoln, NE 68524. Quantity of 2850 each. Delivery should be made within six weeks of award. Provision and Clauses applicable to this RFQ are: 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors-Commercial); 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial-Best Value); 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations & Certifications-Commercial); 52.212-4 (Contract Terms & Conditions-Commercial); 52.212-5 (Contract Terms & Conditions Required to Implement or Executive Orders-Commercial). All pricing is due no later than noon (CDT), Thursday, September 11, 2008. Pricing may be faxed to 402-309-7549 or e-mailed to sandra.leach2@us.army.mil. Contractor must be active in the Central Contractor's Registration (www.ccr.gov) in order to receive the award.
