Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, with the solicitation attached. This synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations for hotel conference facilities and related accommodations and services for a workshop to be held by the U.S. Department of State. The required conference space and related services are for a Western Hemisphere Affairs, ICASS Budget Workshop to be held from November 30, 2008 through December 5, 2008, and attended by approximately 110 State Department personnel from around the world. For a complete description of the required facilities and services, see Attachment A (solicitation document).
