Description

Federal Trade Commission is seeking procurement to acquire commercial services necessary for a company and/or educational institution to provide instructor-led, in-housing training for our attorneys. The areas of consideration include; but are not limited to Basic, Advanced, and Expert Deposition Training, Negotiation Training; Evidence Training; Trial Advocacy; Creating Effective Legal Presentations and Exhibits; and multiple levels of Legal Writing Training. This acquisition is under a Blanket Purchase Agreement prepared in pursuant FAR Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a paper solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the latest posting of the Federal Acquisition Circular as of the announcement. This response date is extended to Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at 2:00 pm.
