- Description
- Synopsis: The Providence VA Medical Center has a requirement for valet parking services. Contractors shall provide complete management of valet parking services and are required to furnish all equipment, labor and supplies needed to provide said services. Services are to be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. Contract will be for a base period anticipated to begin October 1, 2008 thru September 30, 2009 with four (4) One (1) year option to renew periods. This is a performance based acquisition for commercial services. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for award to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Offers or proposals from other than service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on best value based on technical evaluation factors listed in the solicitation and past performance in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about September 5, 2008. Due date for receipt of offers is September 22, 2008, 4:00 p.m. EST. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for Friday, September 10, 2008, at 10:00 pm. EST at the VA Medical Center 830 Chalkstone Ave, building 5, Providence, RI 02908.
