- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-09-Q-0003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-26. This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 562998 and small business size standard of $6,500,000. Description: Cleaning and servicing of Grease Traps at Davis-Monthan AFB IAW attached PWS.
