Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attachment. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The applicable numbered Notes for this requirement is Numbered Notes 1, which states that this proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The National Endowment for the Arts invites contractors to submit a proposal for services described in the attached statement of work. Enclosed you will find a Statement of Work for an educational film documenting the current national initiatives undertaken by the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), and the President's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities (PCAH). Questions concerning this proposal shall be submitted via email to harrisl@arts.endow.gov by 6:00 pm (EST) on September 8, 2008. Please submit your proposals by September 15, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. (EST). This RFP in no way obligates the U.S. Government to award a contract, nor does it commit the U.S. Government to pay any cost incurred in preparing and submitting your proposal. The period of performance is September 22, 2008 through November 14, 2008. RFP's will be received in the following manner: via regular mail and hand carried. Courier or Overnight Mail Service may also forward proposal to the attention of the undersigned at NEA. Hand-Carried and Mailing Address: 1100 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Suite 618, Washington, DC 20506, Attention: Latonca Harris. Also via E-mail to harrisl@arts.endow.gov. Proposals that are faxed will not be accepted. Proposals must be received by the closing date and time stated above. Clearly, specifically, and concisely provide the company name, address, contact person, and telephone number. All Proposals shall reference: RFP 08-14 on the front of the package/page. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-26.
