Description

There will be a non-mandatory "pre-offer" meeting/site walk-through at the job site on August 13, 2008 at 0930 AM Pacific Standard time. AMENDMENT 1 is hereby published communicating clarification on several items. The due date for offers is extended until 09/10/08. Since the current due date is so close the time of this amendment, many, if not all interested vendors may have already mailed their documents. If you have mailed and offer already, and do not wish to revise it, then simply acknowledge this Amendment by signing a copy and FAXING to Contracting Officer at (702) 839-5599, or E-mailing acknowledgement to sroehr@fs.fed.us. If you are REVISING you existing offer, then you must mail or overnight your REVISED offer, ensuring that it is well marked as such, along with an acknowledgement of this Amendment to Contracting Officer, c/o Spring Mountains National Recreation Area, 4701 N. Torrey Pines Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89130. If you are sending an INITIAL OFFER, then you must also use mail or overnight service. No FAXED offers will be accepted. You may only FAX an acknowledgement of the Amendment, and then, only if you are NOT Revising your offer. Technical point of contact is Karen Gregory.
