Description

This notice is issued to obtain interested parties qualified and interested in providing a commercial service proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602. The solicitation is for chemical analysis of enviromental related material. Contractors must be with in a hour and half of Ellsworth AFB, due to the quick turn around time needed to respond to urgent situations. Situations such as a spill require a rapid determination of the spread of contamination. Same day or next day analytical results must be supportable by the contractor for the period of 01 October 08 to 30 September 2009. Please see Statement of Work for further guidance. Contractor will provide all labor, transportation, and material required to ful fill this requirement. The North American Industry Code is 541380, and the Small Business Size Standard is $11,000,000.00. Interested parties must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html and must also register at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/. All interested parties who believe that they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing the complete information describing their capability and qualifications to provide the aforementioned support services. Please include your company name, point of contact, address, telephone number, Duns & Bradstreet Unique Numbering System (DUNS) number, Central Contractor Registration (CCR), and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code.
