SOLICITATION NUMBER: W67K3D-8218-0900 QUOTE DUE DATE: 11 September 2008 POC: Linda Duvall, Contracting Officer, (801)523-4091 DESCRIPTION: This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are hereby requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code will be 423620, size standard is 100 Employees. REQUIREMENT: 1.Ten (10) - Motorola XTL2500 VHF 50 Watt Mobile Radio, to include: conventional ops, dash mount, palm mic., 7.5 watt speaker, and 3 yr warranty. 2.Thirty (30) - Motorola XTS2500 VHF 5 watt Model I Portable Radio, to include: conventional ops, helical antenna, 2700 mAh battery, and 3 yr warranty. 3.Thirty (30) - 2700 mAh Spare Battery. 4.Six (6) - Six-Place Multi Unit IMPRES Charger. 5.Two (2) Six-Place Multi Unit IMPRES Charger Bundle w/6 Battery. 6.Twelve (12) - Bluetooth Headset w/Adapter. 7.Twelve (12) VHF Helical Antenna. 8.Thirty (30) Discreet Earpiece Kit w/Neckloop. 9.Thirty (30) 3-Wire Mic Kit. 10.One (1) - Programming Cable, XTS2500 USB. 11.One (1) - Programming Cable, XTL2500 USB. 12.One (1) - CPS Programming Software w/3 yr Subscription. 13.Ten (10) - Installation Boards. 14.Ten (10) - CLA Kits. 15.Ten (10) - Mag-Mount Kits. 16.Ten (10) - Puck Style Antennas 136-150.00. 17.Program Forty (40) Radios. EVALUATION FACTORS: The contract type for this procurement will be Firm-Fixed price and award will be made on the basis of best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. Selection will be based on the following evaluation factors in no order of importance: (1) past performance, caliber of offerors performance on previous contracts of a similar nature; 2) quality of item being offered; 3) total cost and/or price. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the CCR database prior to award. If the offeror does not become registered in the CCR database by the due date/time of quote, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror.
