- THE U. S. GOVERNMENT GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC AMOUNT:Approximately 49,900 rentable square feet of existing flex (warehouse) space. To be delivered by December 2008. LOCATION:The U.S. Government intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for a succeeding lease for approximately 49,900 rentable square feet of existing flex space located Grand Slam Buildings, Page Road & I-40. Alternate locations must be of equal size and quality and at an economic value to the Government including all tenant improvements cost, as well as all cost associated with the physical relocation. We currently occupy 49,951 square feet of space at a rental rate of $6.19 per square foot. REQUIRED:All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM:The lease term is, 5 years firm.
