- Services consist of providing all necessary labor, equipment, transportation, materials, license, permits, and supervision necessary to collect, transport and analyze samples, of unknown liquids, solids and or semi solids from drums and or containers, streams and point sources at the United States Army Garrison, West Point, NY. Collection and analysis of all samples shall be done IAW applicable EPA, and other state and federal laws and regulations. The NAICS code is 541380 with a size standard of $12.0 Million for a small business. This will be a 100% set aside for a small business. All responses must be presented in sufficient detail to allow the government to determine the functional expertise and experience necessary to compete for the contract. All offerors must be registered in CCR www.ccr.gov and complete ORCA certification www.bpn.gov/orca.. The solicitation will be issued on or about 10 September 2008 and will remain open for 6 calendars days with a tentative closing date of 16 September 2008. The solicitation will be posted on ASFI https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/.
