Description

Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) Detention & Removals Office (DRO), TX has a requirement for access to a nation-wide database of current employment verification information The information must be updated on a continuous basis, provide nationwide employment verification ability, be accessible from a secure internet website for database access on a 24 hours/7 days a week basis and provide no-cost live customer support during normal working hours, normal working days. Estimate number of authorized users is 40, with approximately 1000 to 1500 reports per month. Additional per report pricing is requested. It is anticipated the contract will be for a base period of twelve months (12) with two (2) twelve-month option years. The offeror should provide their pricing for the CLINs reflected only. NO ALTERNATE PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
