- Description
- Dyess Air Force Base is seeking to repair and upgrade an exsisting crane. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to upgrade and repair the crane in building 9153 in accordance with the attached scope of work. The contractor shall provide an operation/demonstration of gates prior to acceptance of work. This solicitation is NOT set-aside. The estimated project magnitude is less than $25,000. If there is an after hour point of contact, please include in quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238290 and the small business size standard is 13 million dollars. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) www.ccr.gov. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation FA4661-08-T-0042 will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the FBO website to USAF Offices, Air Combat Command, 7 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, on or about 12 August 2008, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 19 August 2008, at 09:00 AM (CST). The cut off for receipt of proposals shall be no later than 2:00 PM (CST) on 26 August 2008.
