Description

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has a requirement to provide the Combatant Commands (COCOM) field support, training, and maintenance to establish the procedures and tools needed to upload COCOM originated accounting data to FACTS (DIA’s Core Financial System). The scope of this requirement includes knowledge of financial, acquisition, and logistics business systems and processes. The attached Statement of Objectives has the detailed requirements. This requirement is limited to Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Businesses with active facility clearances at DIA. Interested parties must submit information on their capability to meet this requirement NLT 15 September 2008.. Submittals may not exceed three (3) pages, Times New Roman 12 font. All submittals should be addressed to Maria Kersey at maria.kersey@dia.mil.
