Description

This is a notice of intent to issue an order to CC Software, Inc., 3505 W. California Ave Suite 600 Salt Lake City UT 84104, on a sole source basis under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is for 1 Yr Renewal of Software Maintenance Agreement in Support of Media Inventory Management System (MIMS) and Visual Imagery Source (VIS) Software Maintenance. See attached Sole Source Justification. This announcement constitute the only notice, a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
