- The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is soliciting quotations to provide and install a Turnkey FCC Licensed Microwave link located at the VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI in accordance with all specifications, work statement, terms and conditions contained therein. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing and technical competency/capability to perform services. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334220 is 750 employees. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
