- To provide lodging and meeting space for the USAWC class trip to be held in Washington D.C. area to be held in the spring of 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013. Exact dates will be listed in the RFP. Hotel shall be located within the 9 mile radius of the White House and/or within 210 meters of any Washington, D.C. Metro rail station inside of the Capital Beltway.. Hotel shall have in-ground parking or adjacent facilities. Approximately 250 rooms are required for a 4 to 5 night period for each year. Exact number and types of rooms will be listed in the RFP. A meeting/ballroom to accommodate 450 people will be required. Audio visual equipment and other miscellaneous services are required. The due date listed herein for receipt of proposals is approximate and subject to change based on actual issuance date. This requirement is unrestricted. Telephone request will not be honored.
