- Description
- GSA Pacific Rim Region (GSA) is soliciting quotes for installation of GSA-furnished circuit monitors multiple sites in San Francisco and Sacramento. Offerors are not required to submot quotes for all line items ( may quote for Sacramento and not San Francisco, or vice versa). Schematic drawings will be furnished immediately on receipt of a completed document security agreement (blank agreement is being posted). A meter spreadsheet itemizing the requirements, as well as an RFQ form (SF 18), clauses, specifications, wage determination, and wiring diagrams are being posted. Quotes are due at 12 Noon PDST on September 24, 2008, by email to Mark.Levi@gsa.gov (scan documents are return by email). Alternatively documents may be faxed to attention of Mark Levi at fax 415-522-3311. Documents required are (1) completed SF 18; (2) state electrical installation license number or if performing electrical work through a subcontractor the name and state electrical installation license number of that subcontractor; (3) any restrictions or qualification son the quote. Offerors must be registered in CCR, www.ccr.gov, as of the date quotes are due; award cannot be made to an unregistered offeror. This solicitation is issued for unrestricted competition under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program for NAICS 238210. All responsible firms may provide quotes and be considered. This solicitation is issued and will be evaluated subject to FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition. FAR Part 15 procedures do not apply. Award for each line item of work will be to the firm providing the lowest price, technically acceptable, quote. Technically acceptable is defined as (1) having the appropriate state license or offering to use a subcontractor with such license, and (2) not including restrictions or qualifications which are unacceptable to GSA. Questions should be addressed to Mark Levi at Mark.Levi@gsa.gov or phone 415-522-3374, and site visits coordinated through Danielle Bogni at Danielle.Bogni@gsa.gov, phone 415-522-3396.
