- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Ex Libris Group, to furnish all tools, labor, supplies and materials for the following: CLIN 0001: Qty-1 - Deposit System Module (item code DT-120) for use with Digitool software. CLIN 0002: Qty-1 - JPEG2000 Viewer special format support (item code DT-130) for use with Digitool software. This solicitation to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 8.401. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified educational materials, they must respond to this notice before 11:59 pm CST on 11 September 2008. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to Ex Libris Group.
