Description
This notice is issued to obtain commercial sources qualified and interested in providing a commercial service proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for Replacement of Calibration Pads, and Installation at the Coal Power Plant Eielson AFB, Alaska. The contractor shall provide for all supplies, shipping costs, and labor requirements, and plans to full fill the entire requirement. The performance period is to be determined post award. This solicitation will be a Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Code is 423840 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 29 July, 2008. The solicitation may be obtained by downloading through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) (Vendor). Hard copies will not be available. Offerors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html and must also register at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/. Only one contract will be awarded. Award will be made to the most technically acceptable offer meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost evaluation factors. The non-cost evaluation factors for this award shall be : (i)Safety Control Plan (ii)Technically Acceptability (iii)Past Performance (iv)Price To be considered technically acceptable, the contractor must submit all requirements out lined in the 52.212-2 and the Addendum to 52.212-2 to be released at the time of solicitation. No phone calls will be taken on this solicitation until it has been publicly released. Perferred method of communication will be e-mail.
