- The 934th Contracting Flight, Minneapolis ARS Minnesota is soliciting offers for a contemplated purchase on a commercial Firm-Fixed Price contract for a Toro Groundsmaster 7210-D or equal as listed below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the contemplated purchase of commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, As supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The announcement number is FE663382470182. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333112 with a size standard of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement consists of the following items: QUANTITY - 1 EACH CLIN 0001 - Toro GM 7210-D, 35 hp Kubota Turbo Diesel, Zero Turn, 62" Guardian Recycler Rotary Deck, Mechanical Suspension Seat, Arm Rests, 2 post ROPS, Operator & Parts Manuals* CLIN 0002 - Polar Trac Conversion Kit (Includes Winter Frame & Tracks - 30370)* CLIN 0003 - Polar Trac Cab (Includes heater, wiper, work/road lights, signal/flasher lights, SMV Sign - 30371)* CLIN 0004 - Rotary Broom 60" W x 25", Mechanical Drive, Hydraulic Angle, Poly Brush (MBMCT60)* CLIN 0005 - 53" Two Stage Snow Blower with Chute Rotation, Chute Deflector* CLIN 0006 - 12 Volt Power Port (30382)* *Or Equal products must, at the minimum meet the salient characteristics of the item(s) listed. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient and respond directly to the requirements of this RFQ. The offeror must provide a price for each contract line item number (CLIN). Shipping charges shall be included in the price of the items. If proposing other than the Toro Groundsmaster 7210-D, provide cut sheets or technical data to provide a comparison. BASIS FOR AWARD: This is a competitive acquisition utilizing simplified procedures. For quotations determined technically equal, award will then be based upon price. Each offeror's price will be evaluated for reasonableness. Delivery of these items is required F.O.B., Minneapolis ARS MN. Final inspection will be at Minneapolis ARS MN.
