- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-08-Q0673 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. (iv) This procurement is being issued as UNRESRTICED under NAICS code 334290 and small business size standard 750 employees. Solicitation contains brand name specifications. Justification for brand name acquisition is attached IAW FAR 5.102(a)(6).
