Description

This is a notice of intent to issue an order to NOVO Solutions, Inc., 516 S Independence Blvd., STE 205, Virginia Beach, VA 23452-1153, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). The proposed procurement is for annual software support. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NOVO Solutions, Inc. is the sole manufacturer and provider of this software.
