- The Eastern Kansas Health Care System is seeking to award a single contract for establishment and operation of an Educational Therapy Program, which will include Basic Adult Learning assessment, Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment Systems (CASAS) evaluation, Basic Adult Education, General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program and any remedial educational programs for the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Medical Centers VAMC Leavenworth Kansas. Contractor shall provide all texts, supplies, and clinic equipment needed for effective teaching and work sample evaluation, sign annual GED contracts as the Chief Examiner, orders and initiates payment for GED testing materials, maintains the security of all GED testing materials, conducts testing of GED examinations, scores and reports test scores to the Kansas State Board of Regents, inventories all GED materials and return them to the GED Testing Service at the end of the contract year, informs the GED administrator of unusual events taking place during the testing sessions and promptly reports all irregularities to the GED Administrator for the Dwight David Eisenhower (DDE) Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 4101 S 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS 66048. The small business size standard is $6.5 Million.
