Description

The Government intends to procure ADIC Scalar i2000 & Sigma 10K Support for three ADIC Enterprise Robotic Libraries that are currently in service at the IMD Datacenter competively. The tape libraries provide a consolidated data backup and archiving solution for Enterprise Resource Planning, Sigma, and Legacy Corporation systems. NOTE: DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A, Required Central Contractor Registration, applies to all solicitations issued on/after 6/1/98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Please ensure compliance with this registration when submitting your statement. Call 1-888-227-2423 or view at http://www.ccr.gov/ for more information. Futhermore, the contractor awardee shall be required to self-register at https://wawf.eb.mil to ensure compliance and utilization of Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). 52.204-8 requires that each offeror complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website at http://www.bpn.gov. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, including Alt 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications / Commercial Items (JUN 2008) with its quote including DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certification / Commercial Items (JUN 2005) if applicable.
