- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DG133W-08-RQ-1190, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-26. This solicitation is not a small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 423430, and the small business size standard is 100 employees. Contract Line Item Number 0001: 2 each Rackmount Kit, 4N2, DS14-Middle, R6 (NetApp Model No. X5515A-R6); Contract Line Item Number 0002: 4 each Cable, Patch, FC SFP to SFP,0,5M,R6 (NetApp Model No. X6530-R6); Contract Line Item Number 0003: 4 each Power Cable North America, R6 (NetApp Model No. X800E-R6); Contract Line Item Number 0004: 2 each DS14MK4 SHLF, AC, 14X300GB, 10K, FC, ESH4, QS, R5 (NetApp Model No. X9400A-ESH4-QS-R5); Contract Line Item Number 0005: 2 each (for six months each) Supportedge Standard w/ 4hr Parts Del (NetApp Model No. CS-A-4D). Deliveries of Contract Line Item Numbers 0001 through 0004 shall be made within 30 days after purchase order award. Performance of Contract Line Item Number 0005 shall commence upon completion of delivery of Contract Line Item Numbers 0001 through 0004. Deliveries shall be made F.O.B. Destination to the attention of Cameron L. Shelton, 5200 Auth Road, Room 307, Building WWBG, Camp Springs, Maryland 20746-4325. Government acceptance shall take place at destination. FAR Provision 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition, and there are no addenda to this provision. FAR Provision 52.212-2 does not apply to this acquisition. Any purchase order awarded as a result of this RFQ will be to the lowest-priced quote from a responsible quoter. The quoter shall include a completed copy of FAR Provision 52.212-3 in its quote. FAR Clause 52.212-4 applies to this acquisition, and there are no addenda to this clause. FAR Clause 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition, and the following additional FAR clauses cited in Paragraph (b) of FAR Clause 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.219-28; FAR 52.222-3; FAR 52.222-19; FAR 52.222-21; FAR 52.222-26; FAR 52.222-50; FAR 52.225-1; FAR 52.225-13; and FAR 52.232-33. There are no additional contract requirements or terms and conditions. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) does not apply to this acquisition.
