- The following Indefinite-Delivery Type Contract (IDTC) is anticipated: Coveralls, Blue, FRT. The coveralls will have a minimum quantity of 3,000 each, an Annual Estimated Quantity of 13,000, and a maximum quantity of 19,000. Three one-year term options will be included with a minimum of 3,000 each, an Annual Estimated Quantity of 13,000, and a maximum of 19,000 each. This procurement will be issued as a small business set-aside. Applicable specification for Coveralls, Blue, FRT is MIL-C-24945 dated 15 June 1988. Pattern Date March 28, 2003. The NSN is 8415-01-286-6336(s). Production lead-time is 180 days after the date of award with 3 monthly deliveries (minimum quantity). FOB Destination to Susquehanna, PA and San Joaquin, CA. Best Value/Source Selection procedures will be utilized. Offerors are to submit their technical proposals with documentation for the following technical factors: Product Demonstration Model (PDM), Past Performance, Surge/Industrial Mobilization, and Socioeconomic Considerations. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012) and “specialty metals” (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014), including the materials and components thereof (other than sensors, electronics, or other items added to, and not normally associated with clothing), must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
