Description

The Government is seeking to lease approximately 24,000 RSF of warehouse space located within 2 miles of 111 T.W. Alexander Drive, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709 for occupancy no later than 90 days from award. Term of lease is 9 years cancelable with 180 days advance written notice after the 4th year. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, etc., when deciding whether it should relocate. The warehouse space must be a minimum of 20,000 ANSI/BOMA office space or approximately 24,000 rentable square feet, must meet the minimum requirements of the Solicitation for Offer to include but not limited to parking, office area, office area of approximately 1,000 sq ft, minimum ceiling height 16 feet in the warehouse, warehouse temperature must not get below 45F degrees, two loading docks for the sole use of the Government, etc. Government reserves the right to modify, amend or cancel this solicitation.
