Description: The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This procurement is for 1,200 square feet of Exhibit Space for attendance at the AUVSI Convention to be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washinton, DC between 10 and 13 August 2009. Since this is a brand name acquisition, the Sole Source Justification (which includes the brand name justification) is attached to this synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6). NOTE: DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A, Required Central Contractor Registration, applies to all solicitations issued on/after 6/1/98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Please ensure compliance with this registration when submitting your statement. Futhermore, the contractor awardee shall be required to self-register at https://wawf.eb.mil to ensure compliance and utilization of Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). 52.204-8 requires that each offeror complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website at http://www.bpn.gov. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, including Alt 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications / Commercial Items (JUN 2008) with its quote including DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certification / Commercial Items (JUN 2005) if applicable.
