- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400-08-T0262 applies and is issued as a Request For quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The North American Industry Classification System code is 337127. The agency need is for: CLIN: 0001, Quantity: 50 Set, Auditorium Seats (Brand Name or Equal): Manufacturer: Track Seating, Model: 2418: 50 set of triple ganged chair(Total of 150 seats), Auditorium Seating,Chair Type: Floor attached type with upholstered padded back and upholstered seat, steel pedestal type end and center standards, Steel Seat Pan,Have a mechanism for automatically lifting the seat.Chair Width: 21 inch, Seat Back: 35 inch, Back Pitch: 21 degree, Seat Back: 2 inch back foam with 3 inch lumbar support, Seat Assembly: 4 inch sculpted seat foam, 3D laminate armrests, Fabric: Upholstery shall be 100% Marquesa Lana, 100 % Solution Dyed Olefin. Chair Color: Blue. INCLUDES: 100 each Rectangle 3D laminate end panels. 12 inch x 13 inch HPL Folding table arms for writing surface. Movable Base Chairs Kit: Movable steel bases with a cross member for rigidity. Bases are a part of the ganged seating and part of the package that enables the floor attached type seats to be mounted/bolted to the bases which make them mobile vice being bolted directly to the floor. Kit comes separately with seats.TS16949/ISO9001 Quality Systems Compliant. Stateside delivery and overseas delivery is acceptable. Delivery point from local offers is to Bldg 413, CATC Camp Fuji, Gotemba city Shizuoka, Japan 412-0006.
