- The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure a Science Direct electronic journal package subscription for calender year 2009 on a sole-source basis. The anticipated contract will have a base period of performance of one year and one option year.. The National Science Foundation (NSF) also intends to procure a science citation index expanded and a social sciences citation index for calender year 2009 on a sole source basis. The anticipated contract will have a base period of performance of one year abd one option year. This announcement is issued under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This is for informational purposes only. Interested parties may submit a statement of their capabilities to perform these requirements. See Note 22, substitute 5 days for 45 days.
