- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Mission Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston intends to award to CliniComp International, Inc., 9655 Towne Center Dr., San Diego, CA 92121-1964. All responsible parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is W9124J-08-T-0039. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through the appropriate Federal Acquisition Circular (FAR 12.603(c)(2)(iii)). This solicitation incorporates the following clauses and provisions: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3 Alt I, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-22, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.232-33, 52.222-26), 52.222-48, 52.252-1, 52.252-2, 52.209-6, 52.232-18, 52.247-34 Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) 252.204-7004 - Alternate A, 252.211-7003 Alt A, 252.212-7001 (52.203-3, 252.225-7012, 252.243-7002, 252.247-7023), 252.232-7003, and 252.232-7010. This RFQ contains CLIN 0001 - Warranty/System Maintenance of CliniComp software and hardware at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC). Please note if manufacturer requires a license agreement to be signed by government, the terms and conditions of that agreement are required to be in compliance with all Federal Laws, Statutes, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Therefore, please modify accordingly and submit with your quote. Period of performance is 1 Oct 2008 through 30 Sep 2009. Delivery is FOB Destination. The ship to address is Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to receive a government contract award.
