- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service,Maxwell National Wildlife Refuge, has a requirement for the application of herbicde for the control of invasive weed species as described in the Solicitation posted at the website listed below. The Government intends to issue a contract to the responsible offeror whose total offer represents the best value for the Government, price and other factors considered. The applicable NAICS Code is 115310, size standard $6.5 million. This effort is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, firm-fixed price/ Not To Exceed contract. Award will be made to the responsible offeror who submits the best overall proposal with appropriate consideration given to (3) major factors; Technical Capability, Acceptable Past Performance and Lowest Price. Award will be subject to the Availability of Funds. Solicitation/RFQ 201818Q030, will be issued on the National Business Center, Interior Department Electronic Acquisition System - Electronic Commerce (IDEAS-EC) web-site at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about September 4, 2008, with proposals due September 19, 2008.
