- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment personal protective equipment and clothing, hearing protection, eye protection including prescription safety glasses, materials and parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to perform Remedial Maintenance (RM) of Heat Treat Vacuum Furnaces and Polycold Chillers. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined within and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The remedial maintenance (RM) of this contract will be Time and Materials (T&M). The proposed period of performance is 01 Dec 08 to 30 Nov 09 with two option years. The estimated award date is 01 Nov 08. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333994 with a size standerd of 500 employees. This notice of request is not a notice of competive proposals. This is a sole source requirement to Ipsen International, Inc. However, all proposals will be considered within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The government does not own the data rights or the processes for repair of these scopes. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competive procurment. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Electronic procedures will be used for this soliciation. No telephone requests.
