- This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) number W912C3-08-B-0010 for Firm Fixed Price Services titled: Provide Fire Alarm System and Sprinkler System Maintenance at various locations in Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The period of performance is 29 September 2008 through 28 September 2009 plus four (4) additional One (1)year periods, if exercised by the Government. The project is 100% Small Business Set-Aside for Concerns within the area of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands only. The North American Industry Classification System is 561621 and the associated business size is $12.5 million. The date for issuance of the IFB is on or about September 9, 2008. The date for bid opening is on or about September 22, 2008.Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is: www.ccr.gov. The IFB package will be available at http://www.buchanan.army.mil and at https://www.fbo.gov All prospective Bidders interested on obtaining a solicitation package shall visit the Fort Buchanan web-site; go to Directorates, ACA, Business Opportunities.
