- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F6T3SE8199A004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. This solicitation is set aside for small business; the associated NAICS code is 493110 and small business size standard is $23.5 MIL. This requirement is for the purchase of: 0001-AA Security Forces Armory Rack System - Spacesaver High- Density Mobile Storage System Note: Must meet the following specs: System will include mobile carriages and stationary racks, to hold 84 - M4 with PAC4, Flashlight, and M68 mounted to them, 84 - M9 next to or above each M4, 18 of the M4 positions need to except a M203 mounted to the M4. Above each weapon spot there needs to be separate compartments for 2 - M9 clips, and 8 - 5.56 magazines and NVG's. Additional the system needs to hold 10 - M249 and 8 - M240 with spare barrels; 5 - M870, 64 - M16 slots with ammo compartments, 12 - M14, miscellaneous storage racks and a drawer rack, 20 - M9, and four separately lockable adjustable shelf systems. Additional there will be two stationary adjustable shelves next to the rolling system, one shelf will have a rolodex door that can be secured, and the second shelf system will be an open adjustable shelf. Each rack must be independently lockable by doors that recess into the rack when open and the entire mobile system will have a waist high lock that will secure the entire system. System must include a separated stationary shelving system for additional ammunition (lockable), and a stationary shelving system for radio chargers (needs to be a slot for electrical cords to go through). The rack system will be move left to right and will occupy a space no bigger than W 14 Feet 5 inches x L 14 feet 2 inches x H 81 9/16 inches. Needs to have a synchro driven drive system (drive wheels on both side of the carriage, with a roller guided drive system on an L rail, Heavy duty adjustable shelving, four separate roll down doors on end of weapons system, weapons must be stored vertically and must be compliant with buildings fire suppression system.
