- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), San Juan, Puerto Rico is issuing a solicitation to provide necessary labor, material, supplies, equipment, and supervision to perform janitorial services at the St. Croix Community Base Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) and Vet Center USVI. Period of Performance will be a base period from October 1st. 2008 or date of award, if later; through September 30, 2009 and four (4) option periods of one (1) year. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561720, with a size standard of $15.0 million. This procurement is 100% Small business set aside. The solicitation will be issued on or about September 12, 2008.
