- In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the VAMC in Washington DC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Michael Alpert for a Research Assistant with prior work and knowledge in assisting with Rheumatoid Arthritis: Comparison of Active Terapies in Patients with Active Disease Despite Methotrexate Therapy (RACAT)studies conducted by the Health Services Research & Development department. This is a notice of intent and is not for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation of a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than September 20, 2008 @ 2:00PM, local time. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
