Description

This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-27. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 327215 with a size standard of 500 employees. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools materials, and other items and services necessary to support the requirement as outlined in the following Statement of Work (SOW), entitled DIA 9/11 Memorial Statement of Work dated 10 September 2008.
